No generative artificial intelligence (AI) was used in the production of these models. The artist expressly prohibits any entity from using the models, images, and files from this campaign for purposes of training AI technologies to generate 3d models and images, including without limitation technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as this publication. The artist reserves all rights to license use of this work for generative AI training and development of machine learning language models.

Terms & Conditions: Non-Merchant Backers

• Files obtained in this Campaign are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.
• Files and 3D prints of the products and models in this Campaign may not be sold or distributed.
• Files, images, documents and printed versions of the models and files from this Campaign may be modified for personal use. Revised versions of these works may not be distributed.
• Use of these figures in photos, videos, live streams etc. with credit given to Ella's Arcanum Miniatures as the original artist is permitted.

Terms & Conditions: Merchant Backers

Backing the Merchant Tier grants one lifetime license to sell the printed versions only of the figures in this Campaign.

• Printing using mass production methods such as (not limited to) injection molds is not permitted.
• Selling, sharing, or by other means distributing the digital files in this collection is not permitted.
• Ella's Arcanum Miniatures must be credited as the original artist where applicable, including tags on Instagram, Facebook, ArtStation, and TikTok.
• Resizing and making minor functional changes (keying, sectioning etc.) to these figures is permitted. Modification of the art itself is not permitted.
• Your Merchant Tier license for this project is revoked if you change to a Non-Merchant level of backing.
• All copyright of the art belongs to Ella's Arcanum LLC - the merchant license allows you to sell the printed figures but does not transfer intellectual property.
• The physical figures may be used for patreons, painting commissions, or small crowdfunding projects so long as all other terms in this agreement are followed.
